Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for products offered by CarryOver, a service operated by RitzyLabs LLC ("CarryOver," "we," "us"). By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

Free tier

Free comparisons and previews cost nothing and require no payment, so no refund is applicable. Available results depend on the route, field and source coverage shown in each tool.

Texas preparation reports — $39, one-time

This purchase provides 365 days of access to saved business and psychology preparation reports across the five supported Texas destinations. It covers comparisons of published Field of Study course lists, shared-course priorities, destination differences, review questions and printable reports. It does not certify admission, official credit acceptance or a completed degree. There is no automatic renewal. Saved inputs remain readable after access ends; downloaded PDFs remain yours.

14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@getcarryover.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund for any reason. If a report contains a material data error we cannot promptly correct, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of that window. A full refund ends the paid access associated with that purchase; it does not delete your saved inputs.

Earlier Transfer Plan purchases — $39, one-time

The Transfer Plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full plan for a 12-month transfer cycle from the date of purchase: detailed course-by-course maps for every school, your major's complete prep path and planning tools, and exportable plans. When your cycle ends, the detailed views re-lock unless you purchase again or subscribe — but your data is never taken away: your transcript, saved schools and major, your planned-course list, and any exports you've already downloaded remain yours and readable, free, indefinitely.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Transfer Plan for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. If we ever deliver a transfer map containing a material data error we can't promptly correct, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

To request a refund, email support@getcarryover.com from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Existing Plan+ subscriptions — $9.99 / month

Plan+ is not open for new purchases in this Texas launch. The terms below remain for existing subscriptions.

Plan+ is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges.
When you cancel, your Plan+ access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
After your access ends, paid features re-lock, but your data — your transcript, saved schools and major, planned courses, and any exports you already downloaded — remains yours and readable, free.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged after cancelling, contact us and we'll make it right.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we respond quickly and would much rather resolve it directly than have you file a dispute.
